What does this story teach you about customer service, customer loyalty, customer relations and the customer experience?


The story he was talking about was when he went to cab and how he got treated when he took that cab. What the cab driver showed was his loyalty he show that he is a comfortable person who is interesting and what i mean by that is that we ask question to make the customer comfortable. he showed that his service is very well showed he did anything to make the customer happy and pleasant. the customer experience was that he was very pleased and that he really like the way the cab does his job. He proves that he is a very well cab driver.
